Her practice encompasses the full spectrum of corporate and commercial engagements, from Mergers & Acquisitions, private equity investments, joint venture transactions, business transfers, shareholder arrangements and corporate restructuring. She advises clients across the transaction lifecycle, including transaction structuring, legal due diligence, contract negotiation and preparation of definitive documentation.
Shwetha has extensive experience in drafting, vetting and negotiating commercial contracts and strategic business arrangements.
